Police and Crime Commissioner candidates on the Hot Seat

The Hot Seat programme of the BBC Look North on 6 November focused on the upcoming Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) elections. All four candidates for the Northumbria PCC position took part in the question time like programme, answering questions from members of the public.
